Website management support hours (WMSH) allows for quick and easy on-demand support for your organisation. Once you purchase WMSH you can immediately book in a training session or work to be completed by RTEO on our calendar here.
Prepay and save
When you prepay website management support, the hourly rate is cheaper the more you buy in a bundle. Our 12 hour pack has the greatest value by reducing the hourly rate to $100 per hour. If you request website management support from us without WMSH then we will charge a minimum of a 1 hour job for the request, so purchasing in advance has it’s advantages.
How do I purchase?

Each time you purchase hours we add these hours to your support log document which you can access anytime to see exactly how we use your support hours.
Please Note:
WMSH does not cover support related to aXcelerate’s Online Enrolment plugin on your website. For assistance with this plugin, please refer to our Premium Support services. Additionally, we will not accept WMSH requests for tasks exceeding 2 hours in duration. Projects requiring more than 2 hours will need to be scoped and quoted accordingly.
