All you simply need to do after we convert your document is generate it from within aXcelerate, download the document, load it into your Digital Sign Platform (DSP), and the system will know where the fields for interaction/digital sign are located.
Once you assign the individual signee emails, your document will get sent to each person one-at-a-time or all-at-once and each person signing will get a copy of the final signed document with an audit trail of the document. This document is encrypted and can not be modified after all parties have signed the document.
