Please note the the following refund policy are current as of 01/01/2021. Our policies are reviewed annually each year. All clients are required to read our policies and agree before commencing any work or purchasing any products.
Our refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which RTEO will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of RTEO in circumstances resulting in such a claim. By registering for any of our services or purchasing any of our products you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.
Refunds will be made only for services or products that have not been commenced by RTEO, downloaded from RTEO servers or correspondence, activated via a login or button either in your account area or by correspondence, or redeemed by some sort of coupon, cooling-off period, but not limited to, following the effective notice of a refund request.
RTEO may grant refunds under any other circumstance it deems appropriate without waiving any other rights hereunder.
Refunds of hosting fees will be made only for hosting that has not been activated following the effective notice and termination of this agreement. Activation is made by you logging into your hosting portal via details provided by email. If you have NOT activated your hosting account then we will cancel the hosting subscription account and you will not be charged for any further months.
If you have activated your hosting account then your account will incur the hosting fees for that month and we will cancel your subscription following effective notice and termination of this agreement
Cancellation of hosting will result in the suspension and removal of the website from the time payment ceases. Failure to pay within 30 days will result in the suspension of your website and email accounts until full payment has been received. Upon failure to pay within 60 days, RTEO reserves the right to terminate the associated website and email accounts as the services are no longer being acknowledged or paid for / required.
Purchases for this service can not be made online and will only be received via EFT.
Detailed terms and conditions will be provided in a contract signed by both parties before commencing the project
Activation: Is made by you logging into and account or service via details provided by email or correspondance
Download: To copy or move programs or information into a device’s memory, or to be moved in this way: download a copy/file/document.
Prepaid hour bundles are classified as a product as they are purchased for 1 set price in a bundle. Prepaid hours fall under our refund policies ‘general’ tab and follow the same principles. If at least 1 hour has been approved to commence then the product is deemed commenced.
Prepaid hours must be commenced within 14 days (cooling-off period) from purchase, which gives substantial time to initiate an approved job task / project scope from both parties.
If the prepaid hours have not been commenced before the cooling-off period, RTEO will consider the product redeemed although the credit will remain as per the terms and conditions pre-paid hours expiry policy.
